How We Rank Clinics

Our ranking pages compare providers on six criteria, in this order of weight: supervision model (physician-led, monitored sessions); whether both ketamine-based pathways — FDA-approved SPRAVATO® and off-label ketamine therapy — are available in one practice; what else the practice can offer if ketamine-based treatment is not the fit (TMS, medication management); insurance access for the covered pathway; honesty of patient education, including the distinction between approved and off-label treatment; and ease of getting a first evaluation, including video evaluations. We verify each provider's services from its own published materials. We do not use star ratings, review counts, or outcome claims, and we do not rank on price.
